Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
Shrimp
Chipotle chili powder or chipotle in adobo
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Cheddar cheese
Quick-cooking grits
Eggs
Milk or half & half
Butter
Small flour tortillas

Step-by-Step Recipe
1. Chipotle Shrimp
